Refund policy

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review all sizes, spelling, colors, and customization details before ordering.

Unused and unwashed non-custom apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Stickers are final sale.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Urban Made within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
